It works great. The only problem is the non-stainless steel parts. I've had to replace the lava rock pan and burner assembly twice, and I've just ordered new ones. the la st ime I ordered them from Brinkmann, it took over a month to get the parts, and customer service was a disaster. I finally had to go throught he parent company(Remington Firearms) in order to get my parts. This review is from: Brinkmann 810-5100-0 All-in-One Outdoor Cooker, Stainless Steel (Lawn & Patio) This cooker keeps meat juicy because it cooks slower. The gas is lower than most bbqs so stuff cooks slower. If you are in a hurry you can turn the flame up. Stainless keeps the coastal air from rusting it.
